  • Website Development & Management: Shopify or WordPress website development and maintenance.

D. Fees & Payment

E. Website Hosting & Domain

  • Hosting: Provided within the Fully Booked Ai platform.
  • Domain: Additional purchases as needed.

F. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: Transfers to Client upon final payment.

G. Liability & Indemnification

  • Indirect Damages: Agency not liable; Client to indemnify against claims.

A. Fully Booked AI™ & SaaS Licensing Agreement

  • License Grant: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited use.
  • Software Package Options: Standalone or part of a comprehensive package.
  • Fees: $497 for standalone; varied for packaged options.
  • Post-Termination Use: Separate fee for ongoing software use.
  • Data Security: Reasonable measures for protection.
  • IP Rights: Retained by the Licensor.
  • Termination: With 30-day notice after 13 payments.

B. SEO Services Agreement

  • Scope: Keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, content, link building, reporting.
  • Client’s Role: Provide data access and implement recommendations.
  • Performance: No guarantee for specific rankings.
  • Reporting: Monthly metrics and activities.
  • Payment Terms: Specified fee structure, net 30 days.
  • Confidentiality: Maintained throughout the term.
  • Liability: Limited to direct damages.

  • No Cash Back/Refund: Strict policy for all products and services.

Scope of Work for Promotional Package

Included Services:

  • SEO Services:
    • Keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation and optimization, link building, and performance reporting.
    • Regular updates and modifications to enhance SEO performance.
  • Website Management:
    • Maintenance of existing Shopify or WordPress website.
    • Development of standard landing pages and funnels as per the existing templates available in the client’s package (“snapshot”).
    • Routine website updates and security checks.

Support:

  • Access to Fully Booked AI™ tools and solutions as included in the promotional package.
  • Technical support and troubleshooting provided through in-software support and support tickets on the Fully Booked AI™ website.

***Additional Charges:

  • *Full Management & Implementation Service: Available at an additional cost of $1500/mo, covering comprehensive management and implementation of all services and tools offered by Fully Booked AI™.
  • Custom Development:
    • Development of new landing pages or funnels beyond the included snapshot will incur additional fees.
    • Specific fees will be quoted based on the complexity and requirements of the requested development.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Designing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, including creative design, automation setup, and copywriting, will be subject to additional fees.
    • Fees for marketing campaigns will be determined based on the scope and deliverables of each campaign.

Consultant Time:

  • Post-promotion, consultant time is billable at $150/hour. This includes but is not limited to consultations, strategy sessions, and any hands-on management or implementation of services beyond the scope of the promotional package.

Scope of Work for Full Package Rates

Included Services:

  • All services listed under the promotional package plus the listed below.
  • Full management and implementation of all Fully Booked AI™ services and tools, tailored to the client’s specific business needs.

Enhanced Support:

  • Dedicated account management.
  • Priority support through direct communication channels (e.g., phone, email, dedicated Slack channel).

Additional Services:

  • Custom development of landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns included as part of the full management service.
  • Regular strategy consultations and performance reviews to align with business goals and adjust tactics as necessary.

Consultant Time:

  • Included within the full package rates, covering all necessary consultations, strategy development, and hands-on implementation of services.
